"Dorian Pavus is a Tevinter magister. The title conjures fear of arcane master who once enslaved nations. Dorian may wield the power of the magisters, but he delights in not being what you would expect. Brazen and clever, this outcast is on a crusade to rid his homeland of its corruption.”

The skull of the Chinese Water Deer is one of the most iconic skulls out there.
Like many small Asian deer species, it does not have antlers. Instead the males fight each other with their extremely sharp tusks, slashing at rivals with downward head swings.
When not actively shanking others, the tusks can be folded back slightly., so they don’t interfere with eating.

I wrote a short post on how and why these tusks evolved!

dragonageconfessions:

Confession: Although I adore games like Skyrim and Fallout, I think they’re incredibly lonely games to play. I think that the companions play a major factor in not just Dragon Age but most Bioware games. With so much pressure on the protagonists’ shoulder, it’s nice to have someone there to share the burden and it’s nice to have companions with thoughts and personality and opinions, not just hired aids or pack mules.
